Plant Quality Control Lab

SPAR, Inc. is very serious about quality and as such we have invested in the equipment necessary to assure that we monitor our products quality. We have in Jacksonville, AL:

• Tinius Olsen - Static tension and/or compression materials testing machine
• Heating ovens in order to allow us to measure linear change
• Hobart mixers
• Variable control vibration tables
• Gang molds

SPAR, Inc. does the following testing:

1. Pre-qualification of all cements
2. Screen analysis of all aggregate raw materials
3. A series of tests for: 
   • Water requirement
   • Working Time
   • Set Time
   • Linear change
   • Cold crushing strength
   • MOR
   • Abrasion

Please note that we will increase testing frequency based upon the customers requirements. If required we will issue QC test reports.
